Payment and Shipping Terms

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment via PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay quickly and securely for your purchases. You can choose to pay by direct debit, credit card, bank transfer, or from your PayPal balance. No additional fees will be charged to you.

Payment via Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
Select the payment method “Prepayment” at checkout and complete your order.
You will automatically receive an email with our bank details and your order number.

Any transfer costs or bank fees are to be borne by the customer.
HS Heritage GmbH will ship your order as soon as the payment has been received on our account.
Refunds from returns will be credited to the bank account from which the original payment was made.

SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping Service
Your order will be shipped with DHL (German Post parcel service) or via freight forwarding (spedition).
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas season), delivery will take no longer than 15 days.
If certain items cannot be delivered within this period, we will notify you immediately.
Partial deliveries, if applicable, are free of additional shipping charges.

  • Parcel shipping (0.5 kg – 10 kg): €15.00

  • Parcel shipping (11 kg – 20 kg): €37.00

  • Parcel shipping (25 kg – 40 kg): €75.00

  • Freight forwarding per pallet: €95.00

Shipping Costs within the EU

  • Parcel shipping (0.5 kg – 10 kg): €25.00

  • Parcel shipping (10 kg – 20 kg): €75.00

  • Parcel shipping (20 kg – 40 kg): €150.00

  • Freight forwarding per pallet: €250.00

Shipping to Switzerland & United Kingdom (UK)

  • Parcel shipping up to 10 kg: €45.00

  • Parcel shipping up to 20 kg: €135.00

  • Freight forwarding (pallets / bulk orders): Price upon request.

RETURNS

Returns are always at the customer’s expense.
Please use the original packaging to avoid transport damage.
A refund will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected in undamaged condition.
