Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods – provided that you ordered one or more items under a single order and these were delivered together or separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HS Heritage GmbH, Heuerstubben 4, 23623 Ahrensbök, Germany, e-mail: info@vasevoll.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal / Returns

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, most economical delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

  • Goods that can be returned by parcel post must be returned to us by you at your own expense.

  • Goods that cannot be returned by parcel post (freight forwarding items) will be collected from you.

    • The direct costs of returning freight forwarding items are to be borne by you.

    • Estimated costs: approx. €90 within Germany and approx. €250 within the EU.

    • For returns outside the EU, actual freight return costs will apply and may be significantly higher.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging. Returns in damaged or incomplete packaging may be rejected.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling them in a manner not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
– for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
